These Official Rules govern the Bymessyka 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
Each prize listed below is a separate Sweepstakes. Entering for one prize does not automatically enter a participant for any other prize.

Mojika LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Website Operator.”
The Website Operator provides the website and digital-product checkout experience. The Sponsor is responsible for Sweepstakes administration, No Purchase Necessary entries, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and compliance with these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes begin on June 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and end on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
All eligible entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawings for the prizes will take place on or around December 31, 2026, or within a reasonable period thereafter, once all eligible entries have been reviewed and validated.
The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the State of New Mexico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who provide a valid New Mexico residential mailing address.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, publishers, advertising partners, payment partners, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor or Website Operator are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes are void outside New Mexico and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.
There are five separate Sweepstakes, each with one (1) potential winner.

Each winner will receive only the prize associated with the specific Sweepstakes for which that winner was selected.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is USD $499.95.
Prizes are not transferable, assignable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Sponsor, the winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
There are two methods of entry. Each valid entry method provides the same number of entries.
A participant who completes an eligible purchase through the product page associated with a specific Sweepstakes will receive one (1) entry into that specific Sweepstakes.
The product purchased is the digital eBook:

The eBook is a standalone digital product offered through the Website. The applicable price is disclosed on the relevant checkout page and may vary by offer, starting from USD $9.99.
The physical cookware product shown on a product page is a promotional prize only. It is not offered for sale through the Website.
A purchase of the eBook does not guarantee that the participant will win any prize. A purchase does not increase the participant’s chances of winning compared with a valid No Purchase Necessary entry.

Each valid No Purchase Necessary email submission will receive one (1) entry into the selected Sweepstakes.
No Purchase Necessary entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on December 31, 2026.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or ineligible submissions may be rejected.
Limit six (6) total entries per person, per email address, per residential address, and per Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
A participant may receive up to six (6) entries through eligible purchases, valid No Purchase Necessary email entries, or a combination of both methods.
Any attempt to exceed the entry limit through multiple identities, addresses, email accounts, automated systems, scripts, bots, fraudulent information, or other unauthorized methods may result in disqualification.
One (1) potential winner for each Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all valid and eligible entries received for that specific Sweepstakes.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validation, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, or another contact method provided during entry within approximately thirty (30) days after the applicable drawing.
A potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days after the first notification attempt.
Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, New Mexico residency, eligibility, and any other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, fails verification, is ineligible, declines the prize, provides false information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Customers who complete an eligible purchase receive the digital eBook identified in these Official Rules, subject to the applicable Terms of Sale.
The prize is not included in the purchase, is not guaranteed, and is not a product being sold through the Website.
The Website must not be interpreted as selling cookware, kitchen products, or any physical prize. Any physical product shown in connection with a Sweepstakes is displayed solely as a potential promotional prize.
The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who, in the Sponsor’s reasonable judgment:
The Sponsor may void suspect entries and pursue available remedies where appropriate.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, inaccessible, or otherwise invalid entries caused by technical, software, hardware, email, network, website, human, or transmission errors.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, security issues, force majeure, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
No material change will be made in a manner intended to unfairly disadvantage participants who have already submitted valid entries.
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Website Operator, their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, service providers, publishers, payment partners, and advertising partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, validate entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, prevent fraud, fulfill prizes, comply with legal obligations, and otherwise as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with the Sponsor, Website Operator, prize-fulfillment providers, and service providers only as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, fulfill prizes, comply with law, or as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

By entering any Bymessyka 2026 Sweepstakes, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules, the applicable Terms of Sale, and the applicable Privacy Policy.
